Goods supplied are at the risk of Customer upon leaving the place of business of Warner Fork Trucks (“the Company”) irrespective of how or with whom they leave.

All sales are C.O.D. unless prior arrangement is made with management.

Goods will remain the property of Warner Fork Trucks until payment in full is received.

Quotes are valid for a maximum of 30 days unless pre-approved for longer.

Returns:

1. New items are non returnable 
2. Secondhand goods which are returned are subject to the following conditions:
   1. Goods returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
   2. Goods cannot be returned after 14 days from date of receipt

Warranty:

Second hand parts are supplied with no warranty.

Exchange parts are supplied with a conditional 3 month warranty.

New parts are sold with a 6 month manufacturers warranty.
